SELLING US YOUR BOOKS
We are often asked if we buy books. The short answer is 'yes'! If you have hundreds to sell and live in the Brisbane area, you can call us and we'll arrange a time to come look at your books and make a selection.
If you have fewer books you are welcome to bring them into the shop where we'll make a selection and make you an offer. We are quite choosey on condition, but will consider almost any genre. If you are bringing books in to us we ask that you avoid lunchtime.
It is important to know that our prices start at $1 a book. If you do not expect more you will not be disappointed. And we can usually offer more in store credit than we can in cash.
Regarding textbooks, we usually advise to think of us as a last resort. If you can find a student who will buy them you will do much better than selling them to us.
